Local Adventures: Springbox Kitchen

Note: This is a local(ish) entry (Toronto).

On the day I went to my letterpress workshop, it was POURING RAIN all day. It was absolutely terrible to drive in. It wasn't just that it was raining, but that it was super windy as well. The first image is how I looked from running from my car (across the street) to Springbox. However the food from Springbox Kitchen was very yummy that the rain didn't bother me as much once I started eating. I was so happy my sister accompanied me that day; getting to drive in the carpool lane was the best!

Springbox is a great place to eat at if you're looking for a healthy meal. I ordered a Prosciutto Panini and it was so tasty I make (my replicated version) for lunch now. Their pricing was a little in the expensive side for a very casual walk-in restaurant, but then again I'm not used to Toronto pricing so it might just be average for Toronto.
